Tim Bateman is a senior financial consultant at Next Level Contractor with over 12 years' experience in the construction industry. He is good at diagnosing difficult situations, dissecting the problems and implementing solutions. He has a background in accounting as a CPA, but likes to branch out into more aspects of companies, while maintaining the analytical/financial piece that a CPA brings to the table.
Most recently, TIm helped guide a family owned Kansas contractor through sale preparations, the transaction itself, and post-acquisition integration to a national vertically integrated construction company.
Tim's most recent position was Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer of a $25M+ diversified Construction Company with three lines of business: Excavating, Asphalt, and Recycling. Over the 12+ years he worked there, he helped the company grow from 40 employees to over 100 and saw revenue double. Tim began his career working at KPMG in Kansas City working primarily small to medium sized clients in Kansas and Missouri.
